Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You have 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of all services booked for that day.
Please note:
Not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling or rescheduling. Your appointment will still be considered active unless you notify me directly.
If you choose not to pay the required cancellation fee, you will not be permitted to book future appointments.
I truly understand that life happens—unexpected events, illness, and kids getting sick are part of life. However, please understand that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute changes leave gaps in the schedule that cannot always be filled.
